delivery
We will always aim to get your order despatched within 48hours, and should be received by you within 5-7 days, however, at busy times of the year i.e the run up to Christmas, this may take a little longer, please bear this in mind! In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you of an indication of when it will be available.

post and packing
Postage and Packing charges are for UK mainland only and is set at £3.50 per order. Please telephone us for a price for overseas or BFPO.

Postage overseas is set at a flat rate of £8.50, please contact us if you require a more accurate price, say for example you would like to buy a Jellycat Highland Cow, seeing as this is a lightweight item, it would not cost you £8.50 in p &p, possibly half that amount, or on the otherhand if you were after a Wooden farm, these are very heavy & incur more cost to ship. So just ask & we will be fair with you.

returns
If you wish to return an item you are not completely satisfied with, we will happily exchange or refund your money with 7 days. When sending a return, please return it with its original packaging. Unfortunately we are unable to refund postage and packing costs, the parcel & its return costs are your responsibility until it reaches us. A certificate of posting is recommended.
